Monitor and manage incoming mail for licensed dealers. Notify you promptly when mail arrives and handle outgoing mail on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Track expected packages to ensure timely receipt and proper handling.
Provide basic web design to establish and maintain your dealership’s online presence. Ensure accurate business information so customers can easily find and contact you. Help reinforce location authenticity and credibility for compliance and customer trust.
Provide reliable IT support for printer, computer, and general technical issues. Quickly troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime and keep your dealership running smoothly. Ensure your systems stay operational when you need them most.
Offer sign and vinyl printing services as an add-on for your dealership. Ensure all signage is properly maintained, in good condition, and displayed correctly. Help keep your dealership compliant, professional, and visually consistent.
The “Licensed Dealer” is solely responsible for all dealership operations, including but not limited to record keeping, maintaining required files, collecting and remitting sales tax, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and all duties required under Florida State DMV licensing requirements.
Smitty’s Independent Staffing operates strictly as an independent service provider and is not a dealership, not affiliated with any dealership, and does not act as a licensed motor vehicle dealer. Our role is limited to providing staffing and support services to assist licensed dealers in preparing for inspections and maintaining compliance with Florida State DMV regulations.
The “Contractor” (Smitty’s Independent Staffing) does not provide services related to sales tax collection, dealership file maintenance, title processing, or any activities requiring a dealer license.

Smitty’s Independent Staffing is not responsible for any violations, penalties, or regulatory issues arising from the dealer’s operations.
The Licensed Dealer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scott Smith, d/b/a Smitty’s Independent Staffing, from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the dealer’s business activities.
